  • “Mounts” are settings designed to hold diamonds, with or without stones, used to create custom jewellery.
  • “Loose Diamonds” refer to individual lab-grown diamonds available for purchase independently or with mounts.

All jewellery is sold on an “as-is” basis, and pricing reflects current market conditions.

3. Trademarks

All names, logos, icons, product designs, and service marks displayed on the Infinityy Jewels website are trademarks belonging exclusively to Infinityy Jewels.

No user may copy, use, modify, or distribute any trademark without written consent from Infinityy Jewels.

4. External Links

  • External links may be provided for additional information or convenience.
  • Infinityy Jewels does not control or guarantee the accuracy, safety, or content of external websites.
  • We are not responsible for any losses incurred by accessing external links.

6. Pricing Policy

Jewellery pricing is determined using daily gold rates and current lab-grown diamond prices.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Orders are billed at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Metal and diamond weight may vary slightly in the final product; the difference will be collected or refunded accordingly.
  • Prices on the website and stores are valid only on that specific date.

7. Website Information

The website provides access to:

  • Product listings
  • Pricing
  • News & updates
  • Educational content
  • Custom jewellery design services

Certain services require account creation. Products are meant exclusively for personal consumption.

Images on the website may appear different due to lighting or screen resolution. Infinityy Jewels is not liable for misunderstandings arising from visual variations.

If there is a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and another policy (such as Returns, Shipping, Buyback, etc.), the specific policy applicable to the situation will prevail.

10. Severability

If any clause in these Terms becomes invalid due to legal changes, only that clause will be considered void. The remaining terms stay fully enforceable.

11. Cancellation & Returns

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours → eligible for a full refund (minus 1% payment gateway fee).
  • Cancellations after 24 hours → ₹1,000 processing fee + 1% gateway fee.
  • Customized jewellery → making charges are non-refundable.
  • Partial cancellations allowed for multi-item orders.

Refunds:

  • COD → Refunded via bank transfer.
  • Prepaid → Refunded to the original payment method.
  • Gift Cards → Refunded back to the gift card.

Refunds for returns must follow the 15-Day Return Policy.

12. Applicable Laws

These Terms are governed by the laws of West Bengal, India.

All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.

As per Indian Government rules, PAN details are required for purchases above ₹2,00,000 in a single day.

13. Free Gifts

Free gifts included with orders are treated as discounts. If an order with a free gift is returned, the value of the gift/discount will be deducted from the refund.

14. Offer Terms & Conditions

  • Promotional offers apply only to select products.
  • Infinityy Jewels may modify or discontinue offers at any time.
  • All disputes relating to offers will fall under Kolkata jurisdiction.
