We offer FREE shipping on all orders within India. Shipping time is typically 48–72 hours for items marked as “Ready in Stock”, and up to 25 business days for Made-to-Order or Customized jewellery. All orders are shipped in fully insured packaging for your safety. We request customers to inspect the package carefully for any signs of damage or tampering before accepting delivery.

Shipping Partners

For deliveries within India, once your jewellery has been quality-checked, packed, and sealed, it will be shipped securely through our trusted logistics partners, including:

  • BVC Logistics
  • DTDC
  • Bluedart
  • Other authorized courier partners

You will receive tracking details via SMS/Email once the order is dispatched.

Packaging

Every Infinityy Jewels order is delivered in premium, tamper-proof packaging designed to ensure maximum protection during transit. Whether it is an everyday jewellery piece or a solitaire collection item, your order will arrive in a signature Infinityy Jewels box along with all relevant product certificates.

Free Gift Packaging

If your purchase is meant to be a gift, we are happy to provide free gift packaging along with a personalized message of your choice. The gift will be wrapped in our elegant Infinityy Jewels packaging — perfect for surprising your loved ones, whether delivered directly or gifted personally.

Policy Updates

Infinityy Jewels reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page. If significant modifications are made, we will notify you so you remain informed about how your orders are shipped, handled, and protected.

Lifetime Buyback & Exchange Policy

Infinityy Jewels offers a Lifetime Buyback and Exchange Policy on all eligible jewellery purchased directly from Infinityy Jewels online or at our authorized stores. Customers may return their product—along with the original invoice and certificate—for exchange or buyback based on the current market value. Applicable deductions will include making charges, taxes, and a ₹1,000 processing fee.

If your original purchase included any discount, offer, coupon, or free gift, the respective value will be deducted during buyback or exchange.

1. Lifetime Exchange Policy

  • The assessed value of your product will be credited to your Infinityy Jewels account.
  • The credit can only be used to purchase new products from Infinityy Jewels and cannot be encashed.
  • Products showing signs of damage, alteration, or repair by any third party (other than Infinityy Jewels) will not be accepted.
  • After quality inspection, Infinityy Jewels reserves the right to revise the exchange value with appropriate justification.

2. Lifetime Buyback Policy

  • The approved value will be transferred via bank transfer within 15 business days from the date of receipt and inspection.
  • Buyback is applicable only for products originally purchased up to ₹4,99,999 in value.

Note: Current market value will be calculated on the date Infinityy Jewels receives the product.

4. Important Notes

  • Buyback and exchange are not applicable on loose diamonds, baguettes, tapered diamonds.
  • Not applicable on polki jewellery, pearls, and coloured stones.
  • Original invoice and certificate must be submitted.
  • Loss of certificate will incur a charge of ₹2,000 or ₹800 per carat, whichever is higher.
  • Products not purchased from official Infinityy Jewels stores or website are not eligible.
  • Discount amounts used during purchase will be deducted before calculating final buyback/exchange value.
  • Reward points, loyalty benefits, and promotional credits will be deducted.
  • Buyback eligibility is limited to products valued at ₹4,99,999 or below.
  • For EMI purchases, unpaid EMIs will be deducted.

5. Shipping & Insurance

  • Shipping and insurance for delivery to customers are borne by Infinityy Jewels.
  • Reverse pickup for buyback/exchange is arranged by Infinityy Jewels and included in the ₹1,000 processing fee.

6. Policy Updates

Infinityy Jewels reserves the right to modify or update these policies at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website www.infinityyjewels.com. If major updates are made, we will publish a notification for customer awareness.
