15-Day Return Policy

At Infinityy Jewels, we want you to feel completely confident about your purchase. Our 15-Day Return Policy ensures that you have enough time to decide if your jewellery is perfect for you. If, for any reason, you wish to return your product, you may initiate a return within 15 days of delivery.

A full refund will be processed after deducting ₹1,000 towards delivery and processing charges for each returned product.

15-Day Return Policy — Not Applicable For:

  • Products that have already been exchanged once under the 15-Day Return Policy.
  • Only one exchange is allowed within the 15-day period.
  • Any second exchange will fall under the Lifetime Exchange Policy.
  • Engraved, personalized, or customized jewellery, including any product modified as per customer request.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return under the 15-Day Return Policy:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, in unused and saleable condition.
  • There must be no scratches, damage, wear, or alterations.
  • All stickers, tags, and product labels must remain intact.
  • The original invoice and certificate must be included.
  • If the certificate is missing, an additional charge of ₹2,000 or ₹800 per carat (whichever is higher) will apply.
  • If the tag is tampered or the product shows signs of wear, resizing, or third-party alteration, the return will be processed under the Buyback Policy, not the 15-Day Return Policy.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned jewellery:

  • A Quality Check will be conducted.
  • Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Refund Mode:

  • For COD orders → Refund will be issued to your bank account.
  • For prepaid orders → Amount will be refunded to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, etc.).

How to Return a Product to Infinityy Jewels

  • Submit a return request through your Infinityy Jewels account OR email us at support@infinityyjewels.com within 15 days of delivery.
  • Our team will send reverse pickup details and instructions.
  • Pack the product in the original packaging along with the invoice and certificate.
  • Hand the sealed package to the pickup executive.
  • Collect an acknowledgement (SMS / tracking receipt / photo of airway bill).
  • After the product reaches us and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
  • If purchased via EMI, a deduction of 1% of the Grand Total will apply while refunding the initial installment.

Return to Store

You may also return the product to any official Infinityy Jewels physical store.

If you cannot visit a store, Infinityy Jewels will arrange a reverse pickup for you.
